Time to enter Phase II….!!
Phase I is done. Getting used to the routine and building a base.
Now:
Back to counting those grams and macros……
Time to take it to the next level.
Met with the coach and was assigned a detailed meal plan for the next two weeks.

Even though I achieved my weight goals yesterday ( 9 pounds lost since 01.02) – gotta keep going. Today was a walk along the Colorado River at Robb’s’s State Park. Needed to get that cardio in. Starting out small, but gotta keep it going….
Tomorrow will start 4 personal training sessions this week and looking forward to making sure I crush next Saturday’s weigh in.
